摘要
采用无限大平板一维空间导热理论 ,建立起直立炉传热数学模型。结合模型和导热理论 ,通过降低烟道气 (即废气 )的温度和吸力 ,调整热煤气管的末端压力 ,减少热煤气管的热损失等来达到降低块焦消耗、节约能源、改善操作和提高经济效益的目的。
The paper reports that based on one dimention space heat conduction theory of infinite flat plate, the mathematic model on heat transfer of vertical retort is established. Combinning the model with heat conduction theory, by means of reducing temperature and draft of the flue gas, adjusting end pressure of hot gas, and abating heat loss of hot gas pipe, the purpose of reducing lump coke consumption, saving energy, improving operation, and enhancing economic benefit will be achieved.
