H^+、OH^-参与反应的电极电势的计算及E-pH图

摘要 通过具体的反应实例 ,指出了在H+ 、OH-参与的反应中 ,用Nernst方程计算反应的电极电势时 ,氧化态、还原态状态不变和改变的情况下 ,所使用的Nernst方程的形式要区别对待。具体计算结果和E - pH图显示 :氧化态、还原态不变时酸式和碱式的Nernst方程计算 E时可通用 ,即 Ea=Eb;氧化态、还原态不同时酸式和碱式的Nernst方程计算 E 时不可通用 ,即 Ea≠ Eb。 Based on the specific reaction example,it is pointed out that Nemst equation should be applied differently in unchanged or changed oxidation state and reduction state when calculating electrode and electric potiential with H +,OH - in reaction.The specific calculation result and E-ph chart show that acid and basic Nemst equation can be commonly used to calculate E with oxidation and reduction state unchanged, namely E a=E b ;that acid and basic Nemst equation can't be commonly used to calculate E with oxidation and reduction different,namely E a ≠E b. Abstract Ojective To evaluate the effect of inferion trapezius island myocutaneous flap on repairing cervical postradiation ulcer (CPU). Methods Forty-nine patients with CPU were treated by inferior trapezius island myocutaneous flap from 1992 to 1998. Results 49 patients ulcer obtained primary healing. No recurrent ulcer occurred. Conclusions The inferior trapezius myocutaneous. island flap has some advantages of invaiable vascular supply and a large areas of myocutaneous flap, so it is an ideal donor site for cervical postradiation ulcer.
