摘要
介绍地基灌浆加固施工过程中利用微机进行数据采集、整理与分析的一种数理方法 ,应用它对高压喷射灌浆及静压灌浆综合作业中灌浆量、灌浆次数、灌浆压力、作业时间等各物理因素的作用机理进行定量定性地快速计算分析 ,配合严密的监测 ,实施信息法施工 ,及时地控制各种施工作业参数 ,避免盲目施工 ,达到地基加固的目的。给出北仑港电厂循环水泵房沉井地基灌浆加固计算分析实例。
A mathematic method of data acquisition, packing up and analysis is recommended in this paper to use computer in the process of groundsill grouting reinforce construction. It can be used in quantitative and qualitative analysis of the grouting quantity, counts, and press for acting mechanism in the integrative work of high and static pressure ejecting grouting. So with rigorous inspection, one can carry out information construction, control all kinds of construction parameters, avoid blind construction and achieve the aim of reinforcing groundsill. As an example, the groundsill grouting reinforce calculation and analysis for circulative pump room of Beilun port power plant is presented in this paper.
