摘要
通过对中小企业技术创新优劣势分析,从宏观方面和微观方面提出了中小企业技术创新的途径。
Advantages and disadvantages of medium and small firms in competition are analyzed. Twenty technical innovation measures are put forwarded based on macro and micro analyses.
