摘要
氯仿是饮用水生产过程中加氯消毒的副产物。在检测过程中 ,采集水样时需加入一定量的脱氯剂 ,以防止在运输过程中生成新的氯仿。一般所用的脱氯剂有抗坏血酸和硫代硫酸钠等。两种脱氯剂的脱氯效果不同。经检测试验及统计检验 ,在氯仿检测中抗坏血酸的脱氯效果优于硫代硫酸钠。
Chloroform is a disinfection by-product produced by the drinking water chlorination. During the water sample collection, a certain amount of dechlorination agent should be added into the water sample in order to prevent the additional chloroform generation during transportation. Ascorbic acid and sodium thiosulfate etc. are used as the conventional dechlorination agent, but their effect are different. The monitoring test and the statistical test shown that the effect of the dechlorination of the ascorbic acid is much better than the sodium thiosulfate.
