摘要 研究了在相转移催化或非相转移剂催化或硅胶支持下 KMn O4-Na IO4对香紫苏醇的氧化。在 3种不同条件下均得到成分单一的氧化产物香紫苏醚 ,收率分别为 4 7% ,2 1 %和 5 9% The oxidative degradation of (-) sclareol to sclareol oxide(3) by the Lemieux von Rudloffs reagent(KMnO 4-NaIO 4) in the presence of the phase transfer agents, benzyltriethyl ammonium chloride, or with aqueous t butanol as solvents, or supported on silica gel is described. The yields of 3 in the three defferent ways are 47%, 21% and 59%, respectively.
