钌催化剂催化C=O加氢反应的研究 被引量:9

Study of Hydrogenation of C=O Using Ruthenium Catalysts

摘要 利用不同的含钌催化剂体系 ,进行了乙酰乙酸乙酯催化加氢制备 β-羟基丁酸乙酯的反应研究 .考察了不同体系的催化活性 ,以及温度和压力对反应的影响 .由 Ru Cl3/ (PPh2 CH2 ) 2 组成的催化反应体系 ,可使反应的转化率和选择性均达到 10 0 % ;而含钌的四面体簇合物也有一定的加氢活性 .利用 IR光谱对四面体簇合物催化剂在反应前后的变化进行了表征 .结果显示 。 Ethyl 3\|hydroxybutyrate obtained by hydrogenation of ethyl acetoacetate using ruthenium catalysts was studied. Different catalyst systems, and the effects of reaction temperature and reaction pressure were investigated. Both conversion and selectivity reach 100% using RuCl\-3/(PPh\-2CH\-2)\-2 catalytic system. The cluster(Ⅰ) containing ruthenium also show activity of hydrogenation. The cluster skeleton keeps intact during reaction, which is conformed by IR spectra.
