摘要
考察了无机酸 (如硫酸、盐酸 )和新型杂多酸 (如磷钨酸、硅钨酸 )为催化剂 ,催化合成马来酸二丁酯的反应 .结果表明 ,对于两类催化剂 ,其酯收率相当 ;确定了杂多酸催化合成马来酸二丁酯的反应级数为二级 ;PW1 2和 Si W1 2 杂多酸催化剂的表观活化能分别为 6 0 .4和 5 7.0 k J/
Dibutyl maleate(DBM) has been synthesized on heteropoly\|acid catalysts. The kinetics, such as the rate constant of various reaction temperature, reaction order, and apparent activation energy etc., has been examined. The results show that the synthesis of DBM is a second\|order reaction on heteropoly acid catalysts, and the apparent activation energies of 64.4 and 57.0 kJ/mol for PW\-\{12\} and SiW\-\{12\} catalysts were obtained respectively.
