摘要
对 2 -甲基 - 3-羟基吡啶的制备工艺进行了改进 :1 75℃下 ,在浓氨水中加入 NH4 Cl晶体 ,使标题化合物能够很容易地从乙酰呋喃制备 ,产率达到 5 8% ,比文献[5] 提高了 1 1个百分点 ;在从呋喃合成 2 -乙酰呋喃的过程中 ,充分研究了无水 Zn Cl2 、无水 Al Cl3、H3PO4 、HI等不同催化剂和乙酸酐、乙酰氯等乙酰化试剂对合成产率的影响 ,比较发现 :使用无水 Zn Cl2 和醋酐时 ,产率最高达64% 。
A new synthetic method of 2 methyl 3 hydroxylpyridine is reported. At 175℃, ammonium chloride crystals was added into strong ammonium hydroxide, 2 acetylfuran could easily give the title compound with yield of 58%, which is 11% higher than in the literature [5] . In the course of preparing 2 acetylfuran from furan, the different catalysts such as anhydrous zinc chloride, anhydrous aluminium trichloride, phosphoric acid, hydroiodic acid affected the yields. In addition, the acylation reagents such as acetic anhydride, acetyl cholride were also studied. Anhydrous zinc chloride and acetic anhydride were found to be the best, giving high yield of 64%.
