摘要
以壬基酚、环氧氯丙烷和氢氧化钠为原料 ,甲苯为溶剂 ,四丁基溴化铵为催化剂 ,采用相转移催化方法 ,合成了壬苯基缩水甘油醚。考察了反应物投料摩尔比和反应温度对产物收率的影响。在 70℃、反应物n(壬基酚 )∶n(环氧氯丙烷 )∶n(氢氧化钠 ) =1∶2∶1 2时 ,壬苯基缩水甘油醚的收率为 97 2 %。
Nonylphenolglycidyl ether is synthesized by phase transfer catalysis method from nonylphenol,epichlorohydrin,sodium hydroxide and toluene.The effect of molar ratio of reactants and reactive temperature on the yield of product is investigated.The results show that the yield of nonylphenylglycidyl ether is 97 2% when the temperature is 70℃ and the molar ratio of nonylphenol:epichlorohydrin;sodium hydroxide is 1:2:12.
