摘要
In the presence of CTMAB,the reaction of pheylflurone with Ge(Ⅳ) to form a red complex is studied by FIA Spectrophotometry.The method was applied to the determination of germanium in green tea and satisfactory results were obtained.The wavelength of maximum absorbance of this complex was at 333nm,detection limit was 0.1 μg/ml and Beer’s law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0μg/ml~10μg/ml.The mean recovery is 94.02% and relative standard deviation is less than 0.54%.
