摘要
提出了一个测定微量钴 (Ⅱ )的极谱吸附波新体系。在pH 9.5的柠檬酸铵底液中 ,钴(Ⅲ ) NRS络合物在 - 0 .5 7V(vs .SCE)有一良好的吸附波 ,二阶导数波峰电流与钴浓度在 0 .0 1~1.2 μg·ml- 1范围内呈线性关系 ,检出限为 5ng·ml- 1。研究了极谱波性质和形成机理 ,应用于锌电解液中微量钴的分析 ,简便快速 。
It is reported that in a base solution of ammonium citrate at pH 9.5, an apparent adsorptive polarographic wave of Co(Ⅲ) nitroso R complex is observed at -0.57V( vs .SCE). A linear relationship between the 2nd derivatives of peak current values and cobalt concentrations in the range of 0.01~1.2μg·ml -1 is obtained. The detection limit of this method is 5ng·ml -1 . The mechanism of the complex formation at the electrode and the character of the adsorptive wave were also studied. The application of this method to the determination of cobalt in zinc electrolytic solution showed that the method is simple and rapid, and the results obtained were satisfactory.
