测定硝酸盐氮时镉粒预还原条件的改进 被引量:1

MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS OF REDUCTION WITH CADMIUM GRANULES IN THE DETERMINATION OF NITRATE NITROGEN

摘要 在试验的基础上对镉柱还原法测定硝酸盐氮的一些不足之处进行了改进 ,使精密度、准确度和还原效率得到提高 。 It is reported that cadmium granules of sizes between 0.42~0.25mm should be activated by a treatment of removing the oxide film on the surface with diluted hydrochloric acid and then reacted with a 20g·L -1 solution of copper sulfate. The pretreated cadmium granules are filled into the reduction column as described and the column is eluted with a diluted solution of NH 4Cl EDTA keeping the cadmium granule to be under the solution level, thus preventing the entering of air into the column. By this modification, the reduction efficiency is remarkably improved, and better accuracy and precision in the determination of nitrate nitrogen are obtained. Furthermore the concentration range of determination is broadened to 0.01~0.6mg·L -1 .
