摘要 研究了硝酸、高氯酸混合酸湿法消解试样 ,垂直、水平双向观测ICP AES技术同时测定烟草中 16种元素的方法。对共存离子干扰及酸度影响进行了试验。方法的相对标准偏差在 1 3%~ 12 .9%之间 ,标准回收率为 96%~ 10 9%。对标样及实际样品进行测定 。 A method for simultaneous determination of 16 elements (K, Ca, Mg, P, Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn, Na, Al, Li, Sr, Ba, Cr, Cd and Ti) in tobacco was studied by ICP AES technique with dual view instrument. The sample is dissolved in nitric acid and perchloric acid. Interferences by coexisting ions and influence of acids were tested. The relative standard deviation of the method were found between 1.3%~12.9%. Recoveries are found in the range 96%~109%. This method has been applied to analyse practical samples and checked with standard sample (GBW08514) with satisfactory results.
