摘要
建立了以气相色谱正化学电离 (PCI)质谱技术和外标定量法分析麝香风湿膏中麝香酮含量的方法 ;探讨了在不同反应气供应量条件下的灵敏度变化情况 ,比较了电子轰击 (EI)电离方式和PCI电离方式灵敏度差异 ;该法的线性方程为Y=9.6691X +0.02357 ,r=0.999,方法精密度试验RSD为2.6 % ;结果表明 ,PCI质谱方法分析的灵敏度较EI质谱方法高 ,干扰少 ,该法适用于样品中微量麝香酮含量的测定。
A method for determining muscone in Shexiang Fengshi Gao(rheumatic medical plaster) has been developed by gas chromatography-positive chemical ionization mass spectrometry(GC-PCI _ MS). The external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. A linear calibration curve with correlation coefficient r=0.999 in the concentration range of 0.015~1.5 mg/L for muscone was obtained. The RSD of 2.6% for the method was found. The relation of sensitivity of method on amount of reaction gas and ionization mode was studied. The results showed that sensitivity of PCI mode was higher than EI mode. The method is suitable to the determination of micro muscone in samples.
