摘要
为了探讨Ｂ型超声检查对鳃裂囊肿的诊断价值，报告了经手术、病理证实的２３例鳃裂囊肿，其中２０例手术前即已由Ｂ超检查确诊，诊断符合率达８７．５％。提示：Ｂ超对鳃裂囊肿诊断有较高的诊断价值。并对鳃裂囊肿的形成、声像图表现及鉴别诊断进行了讨论。
To evaluate the diagnostic value of Bmode ultrasonography in branchial cleft cysts.This paper reported that 20 of 23 cases of branchial cleft cyst proved by operation and/or pathologic examination were diagnosed by Bmode ultrasonography before operation (87.5% accuracy rate),indicating its significance.The formation,sonographic manifestations and differential diagnosis of branchial cleft cyst have been discussed and analysed.
