小儿原发性巨输尿管症的影像分析

Imaging diagnosis of pediatrical congenital megaureter

目的分析小儿原发性巨输尿管症的影像学表现,探讨各影像学检查对本症的诊断敏感性。方法将收集的8例本症的B超、静脉尿路造影、逆行性尿路造影及CT扫描影像进行对比分析。结果影像学检查是明确本症诊断的有效手段,并为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。结论在B超提示下行逆行尿路造影能获得满意的诊断信息。

Objective To analyze imaging manifestation of pediatrical congenital megaureter,and explore the sensibility of imaging means for the disease. Methods 8 cases of pediatrical congenital megaureter were reviewed and imaging features of B-ultrasound,intravenous urography,retrograde urography(RU) and CT were contranalysed. Results Imaging examination was an effective method for congenital megaureter and it offered confident evidence for clinical treatment. Conclusion RU under B-ultrasound monitoring offers satisfactory imaging information.
