摘要
目的 探讨禁食后肠源性内毒素移位的途径。 方法 建立禁食大鼠动物模型。以脂多糖灌胃 ,在不同时间点 ,观测门静脉、胸导管淋巴液、腹主动脉血的内毒素水平变化。 结果 腹主动脉血与胸导管淋巴液中的内毒素浓度变化规律基本一致 (P <0 .0 1)。门静脉注入大量内毒素后 ,股动脉内毒素水平无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 经门静脉进入肝脏的内毒素基本可被肝脏减毒。在禁食状态下 ,淋巴移位途径在肠源性内毒素移位中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the translocation route of entergenic endotoxin during fasting. Methods The rat model of experimental fasting was made and 48 hours later every rat was primed with LPS in the stomach.The portal vein blood,the lymph in the thoraic duct and the arterial blood samples were obtained at different point of time,then the endotoxin concentrations were determined. Results The onset of systemic endotoxemia paralleled the appearance of endotoxin in thoracic duct lymph ( P < 0.01 ).The arterial endotoxin concentration did not change after endotoxin was injected to the portal vein ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusions The quantity of endotoxin transported into the portal vein never exceeded the proposed endotoxin filtrating capacity of the liver.The development of systemic endotoxemia is mainly mediated by lymphatic transport during fasting.
