剔毒护肝方对乙型肝炎肝纤维化麻鸭血液流变学的影响

Effect of Tidu Hugan Decoction on Blood Rhecology of Experimental Hepatic Fibrosis in Ducks

目的 观察剔毒护肝方对乙型肝炎肝纤维化麻鸭血液流变学的影响。方法 :用鸭乙型肝炎和毒 (DHBV)阴性血清反复攻击复制鸭乙型肝炎肝纤维化模型 ,同时用剔毒护肝方治疗 ,观察其对肝纤维化指标及血液流变学的影响。结果 :剔毒护肝方能提高血清白蛋白 ,降低血清球蛋白含量 ,显著降低透明质的、层粘蛋白和Ⅲ型前胶原 ,改善血液流变学的作用。结论 :剔毒护肝方贝石护肝纤维化和改善肝脏血流变学的作用。

To study the influence of Tidu Hugan decoction(TDHGD)on blood rhecology of the duck with hepatic fibrosis.Methods:Duck models with hepatic fibrosis were induced by duck hepatitis B virus(DHBV)and meanwhile treated with TDHGD.The indexes of hepatic fibrosis and blood rhecology were detected.Results:TDHGD increased the serum level of albumin and decreased the serum level of globuin.The level of PCⅢ,MA and LN were significantly lower than that of the model group.The indexes of blood rhecology of the model group were higher than other group.After being prevented TDHGD,the level of these indexes markedly decreased.Conclusion:TDHGD have inhibitory effects on hepatic fibrosis and improves the state of blood rhecology.
