三根祛瘤方对人卵巢癌细胞HO—8910抑制作用的研究

Study of Three Root Anticancer Prescription on Inhibitory Effect on Ovarian Cancer Cell Lines HO-8910

目的 :研究三根祛瘤方对人卵巢癌细胞株HO— 8910的体外生长影响。方法 :用含三根祛瘤方 12 5mg ml、 6 2 5mg ml、 31 3mg ml、 15 6mg ml、 7 8mg ml不同浓度培养液 ,分别培养HO— 8910细胞 2 4小时、 48小时、72小时 ,应用MTT [四甲基偶氮唑蓝 ]比色法观察HO— 8910细胞生长情况。结果 :三根祛瘤方对人卵巢癌细胞HO— 8910的体外生长有抑制作用 ,并呈现出时间和剂量依赖关系 ,最佳抑制浓度为 6 2 5mg ml,最佳作用时间为48小时。结论 :三根祛瘤方对人卵巢癌细胞HO—

To study the effect of three root anticancer drug(TRAD) on ovarian cancer cell lines HO 9810.Methods:Ovarian cancer cell lines HO 8910 was cultured in vitro,culture liquid containing different concentration of TRAD,remained 24h,48h,72h.Cell proliferation was measured by MTT colorimetric assay.Results:different concentration of TRAD inhibited all HO 8910 cell growth.The dependence relationship of dose and time was indicated.Conclusion:TRAD inhibits the proliferation of epithelial ovarian cancer cells in vitro.
