摘要
目的:建立脾胃健口服液的含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层扫描法测定其中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:平均回收率为96.58％,RSD=3.53％(n=5)。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可用于该产品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in. Piweijian o-ral solution Method: The content was by TLC-scanning Results: The average recovery and RSD were 96.6% and 3. 5%(n = 5)respectively Conclusion: The method is simple and the result is accurate, thus may be used for the quality control of the products.
