复方磺胺甲噁唑片中甲氧苄啶鉴别方法的改进

IMPROVEMENT OF IDENTIFICATION METHOD FOR TRIMETHOPRIM OF COMPOUND SULFAMETHOXAZOLE TABLETS

目的:对复方磺胺甲噁唑片中甲氧苄啶的鉴别方法进行改进。方法:对鉴别的样品进行前处理,取样品适量,加氯仿溶解,将不溶于氯仿的淀粉滤过除去,滤液置水浴上蒸干,然后按药典方法进行鉴别。结果:改进法克服了按药典法鉴别时,显示的颜色与描述的颜色不一致的现象。结论:改进法简便,合理,可用于修改标准时参考。

Object: To improve the identification method for trimethoprim of compound sulfamethoxa-zole tablets. Methods: The sample was dissolved in chloroform,the starch no in chloroform was filtered,filtrate was evaporated to dryness on the water bath and then identified according to the pharmacopeial method. Results; at colour was different when it was identified according to pharmacopeial method , was overcome. Conclusions: The method was simple, reasonableand may be refered to revising quality standard.
