蒙古族居民血糖、血清胆固醇水平及危险因素分析

A study on the level of blood glucose, cholesterol and the risk factors of Mongolian

[目的 ] 了解蒙古族居民的血糖、血清胆固醇水平及影响因素。 [方法 ] 通过现况调查收集相关资料 ,并对蒙古族居民的血糖及血清胆固醇进行了检测。 [结果 ] 蒙古族居民的平均血糖水平为 ( 4 .2 6± 1 .2 1 )mmol/L ,平均胆固醇水平为 ( 3.89± 1 .1 9)mmol/L。高血糖检出率为 4.6 8% ,高胆固醇检出率为 1 1 .2 %。单因素及多因素分析表明 ,体重指数及年龄可影响人群的血糖 ;体重指数、腰 /臀比值、年龄及饮酒对人群的胆固醇水平产生影响。 [结论 ] 应大力开展健康教育及定期的检测工作 ,以防止蒙古族居民心血管疾病、糖尿病发生率的增加。

To comprehend the level of blood glucose, cholesterol and their rist factors of Mongolian. Cross-sectional study was used in the data collection. The value of blood glucose and cholesterol was detected. The average level of blood glucose and cholesterol was 4.26±1.21 and 3.89±1.19 respectively. The abnormal rates of blood glucose and cholesterol was 4.68% and 11.2%, respectively. Single and multiple factors analysis indicated that body mass index(BMI) and age can affect the level of blood glucose. BMI, waist hip ratio(WHR), age and alcohol-drinking may influence the level of cholesterol. [Conclusion] In order to prevent the increase of incidence of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, health education and regular tests should be carried out.
