室内游泳池一般卫生状况综合评价方法初探

A study on method for comprehensive evaluation of the general hygienic status of indoor swimming pool

[目的 ] 摸索室内游泳池一般卫生状况综合评价方法。 [方法 ] 运用专家咨询法建立评价指标体系和评判标准 ,用层次分析法确定指标权重 ,建立直接加权评分法模型并将该法和模糊数学法一起用于对上海某区 1 0家室内游泳池一般卫生状况的综合评价。 [结果 ] 建立了由环境卫生、一般卫生设施、净化消毒设施、健康管理、其他卫生管理五大方面组成的评价指标体系和评判标准 ,确定了评价指标权重 ;两种方法排序结果完全一致 ,符合实际情况。 [结论 ] 建立合理全面的评价指标体系并采用合适的评价模型能对室内游泳池一般卫生状况进行综合评价 ;新建立的直接加权评分法模型和模糊数学法均能适用于室内游泳池一般卫生状况质量排序 ,前者能较好地进行质量等级评判 ,后者尚待进一步完善。直接加权评分法简单易行。

To work out a method of comprehensive evaluation of the general hygienic status of indoor swimming pools. With delphi method and analytic hierarchy process we set up a swimming pool hygienic quality index system and settled the weight of index. Direct weighted mark method and fuzzy mathematics were applied to evaluate general hygienic status of 10 indoor swimming pools in a district of Shanghai. The index system, which consisted of environmental sanitation, general hygienic installation, purification-disinfection apparatus, health examination management, and other health management and evaluative standards had been set up. The evaluative results were consistent and agree with the realistic status. [Conclusion] After the evaluative index system was set up and reasonable evaluative model was applied, general hygienic status of the indoor swimming pool can be comprehensively evaluated. Direct weighted mark method and fuzzy mathematics can be used to comprehensively evaluate the general hygienic status of indoor swimming pool but the later need to be developed. The former is simpler than the latter.
