摘要
本文用非平衡统计原理和方法描述辐照下微观结构演化的物理体系,演译出气泡和间隙原子团的分布函数的演化方程组,其数字解得出气泡和间隙原子团的分布函数,它们直接与高能质子辐照实验结果相比较,获得一致的结果;并预示高纯铝辐照硬化主要来自高浓度的间隙原子团。嬗变杂质对间隙原子团形核很敏感,没有杂质,间隙原子团浓度要低4个量级。气泡和间隙原子团的生长涨落系数与辐照温度成指数关系,对铝的激活能分别是0.4eV和1.215eV。实验上气泡平均浓度与辐照温度亦成指数关系,其激活能与气泡涨落系数的激活能相近,印证着气泡生长的非平衡热力学性质,气泡生长的热涨落项促进着气泡的生长。
The physical model of microstructural evolution under irradiation is described by this paper.Tne size distribution function, concentration and average diameter of depleted zone,the vacancy and interstitial concentration in matrix and their relation with fluence,radiation swelling and their relation with irradiation temperature,and the temperature of maximum swelling are deduced by this model.They all agree with the experiment results.Simultaneously the incubation period, transition period and linear swelling period of radiation swelling are properly given by this model. All these examinations for tnis model show that this physical model is reasonable and acceptable.
