摘要 抑癌基因是目前肿瘤研究的热点。P53 是最早被发现也是研究最为深入的抑癌基因 ,众多的研究结果表明 ,P53 与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后有着密切的关系。另外 ,在基因治疗方面P53 The antioncogene is the hotspot of the tumor research recently. P 53 is one of the early discovered and well-studied antioncogene. Many studies demonstrated that it was closed related with oncogenesis, development and prognosis of tumor. In addition, P 53 might have extremely potential in gene therapy.
