摘要
胃癌细胞系由于每个细胞系的特殊结构及不同的生物学特性 ,使其具有特殊意义 ,对我们在体外研究胃癌病因、发病机制及诊断治疗大有益处。
The cell line of gastric carcinoma was composed of each special structure and varied biological characters so that to gain some significance. It was benefit for us to discuss the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment in vitro. This paper had reviewed the establishment and application of cell line of gastric carcinoma retrospectively in domestic and abroad.
