摘要
企业能力理论的议论由来已久 ,其代表人物哈梅尔和普拉哈拉德倡导的核心能力理论风行多年 .如何建立企业自己的核心能力 ,不同企业有不同的做法 .基于此 ,提出企业可以根据自己不同的发展阶段 ,按照自己的实情 ,从具体的经营活动着手 ,逐步建立竞争力 .另以中日企业为例 ,探讨企业应该如何从千头万绪的经营活动中 ,抓住成功关键因素 ,从而逐步建立核心能力 .
It has been a long-standing argument on competence theory.The core competence theory presented by Hamel and Prahald is widespread and fashionable in business academia in recent years.As to how to establish its own core competence,different enterprises have different ways.It is suggested that the core competence could be established by step by step according to its own practical situation and business.And the cases and experience from Sino-Japanese companies in this paper will tell us the key to success and how they established their core competence through business.
