摘要
基于在加热和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)存在下, Mn2+催化氯酸钾氧化铬天青S(CAS)的褪色反应,首次提出一种测定痕量锰的催化光度法。本方法的表观摩尔吸光系数ε500=1.2×106L·mol-1·cm-1,校正曲线方程为ΔA=0.1612+0.05803CMn2+(μg/L); 线性范围0.10~10.0μg/L(r=0.9997) ;检出限4.0×10-11g/mL。对0.10和10.0μg/L Mn2+测定的RSD分别为2.3%与3.4%。 精密度好,操作简便、快速,可作为检测锰的一种可靠方法。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace manganese Based on its catalytic Oxidizing discoloration reaction of Chromazurol S with potassium Chlorate on heating and presence of polyacrylamide has been developed .The apparent molar absorptivityε500=1.2×106L·mol-1·com-1.The equation of calibration curve isΔA=0.1612+0.05803CMn2+(ug/L)with the linear range of 0.10~10.0ug/L(r=0.9997),the detection limit for manganese is 4.0×10-11g/mL.The relative standard deviation for 11 replicate measurements of 0.10 and 10.0ug/L of Mn(II) is 2.3% and 3.4% respectively.The experiments showed that the method was accurate and reliabe.
