摘要
为了提高涡旋机械的整机性能 ,采用对称圆渐开线加直线的方法对涡圈始端型线进行了修正 .建立了对称圆渐开线加直线修正的几何理论 ,推导了啮合阶段的排气腔容积的计算公式 .研究结果表明 :涡圈始端采用对称圆渐开线加直线修正时 ,动、静盘涡圈仍能保证正确地啮合 ;涡圈始端对称圆弧修正是对称圆弧加直线修正的特例 。
The scroll machine's overall performance is greatly influenced by it's wrap profile. The geometrical theory of scroll machine's profile of starting part, which is composed of symmetrical circular involute plus dual line segment (SCIL),is proposed. The formula of discharge chamber volume is also given. The conclusion shows that the fixed scroll and the orbiting one can maintain perfect mesh using SCIL.It is emphasized that the modifacations using symmetrical circular arc (SCA) and using symmetrical circular arc plus dual line segment (SCAL) are two special cases in using SCIL.
