摘要
采用射线踪迹、节点分析法研究了 3层吸收性介质层内的辐射和导热瞬态耦合换热 ,复合层表面及介质层交界面均半透明漫反射 .采用 1层和 2层辐射能量传递模型跟踪辐射能量在 3层介质内的传递 ,从而推导出了辐射传递系数 .运用辐射传递系数求解辐射源项 ,在辐射对流边界条件下 ,采用全隐格式求解瞬态能量方程 ,考察了介质层折射率及导热 辐射参数对耦合换热的影响 .比较分析结果表明 ,所研究的模型和计算结果是可信的 。
By using ray tracing/node analyzing method, transient coupled radiative and conductive heat transfer in a three layer absorbing composite with semitransparent and diffuse surfaces and interfaces is investigated. By using one layer and two layer radiative energy transfer models for tracing the process that radiative energy transfers in the three layer composite, the radiative fransfer coefficients of the composite are deduced to calculate radiative heat source term. The transient energy equation is solved by the full implicit control vlume method with external radiative and convective boundary conditions. The effects of refractive index and conduction radiation parameters on coupled heat transfer are analyzed.
