摘要
对PBO纤维的拉伸性能、耐热性等物理性能进行了实验测试 ,并与F - 12和Kevlar - 4 9芳纶纤维进行了对比 .对由PBO纤维与环氧树脂基体复合成型的单向纤维增强环形试样 ,测试了其拉伸强度、弹性模量和层间剪切强度 ,结果表明 :PBO纤维股纱的拉伸强度比F - 12和Kevlar - 4 9分别高 2 4 4 %和 5 2 8%以上 ,单向纤维复合材料的拉伸强度分别高约 37 2 %和 92 8% ,耐热性也高约 166℃ ,但PBO纤维与环氧树脂基体的界面粘结性很差 ,层间剪切强度仅为 2 3~ 2 7MPa .
The experimental data of the tensile properties, heat resistance and some basic physical properties of the new Zylon PBO (polybenzobisoxazole) fiber are reported and compared with those of F-12 and Kevlar-49 fibers. Three composites of the different fibers with epoxy resin matrix are prepared and the corresponding unilateral fiber reinforced winding ring specimens are fabricated. The mechanical properties of the composites including tensile strength, modulus and three-point interlaminar shear strength are tested. Experimental results show that PBO fiber exhibits a tensile strength of 24.4% and 52.8% and a heat resistance temperature about 160 degree C higher than those of F-12 and Kevlar-49 fibers respectively. However, the interfacial adhesion between PBO fiber and epoxy resin matrix is very poor, and the value of interlaminar shear strength is only about 23-27 MPa.
