摘要
探讨了一种新型内、外转子啮合的压缩机结构 ,以短幅外摆线的内等距线为内转子型线进行了典型分析 ,说明内、外转子型线的形成 ,并提出了一种工作容积的准确计算方法 .分析结果表明 :内、外转子型线互为共轭曲线 ;外转子圆弧齿的啮合是在一定范围内进行的 .工作容积的计算结果表明 :当齿数比为 6∶7时 ,工作腔容积随主轴转角的关系以 7π/3为周期变化 .最后 ,还对这种新型压缩机与滚动活塞压缩机的空间利用率进行了比较 ,结果表明两者基本相当 .
A new type of rotary compressor is discussed. Based on short frame outer cycloid that is selected as inner profile, the inner and outer rotor's outlines are analyzed. It is proved that inner and outer tooth profiles are conjugate curves. And the conjugate boundary point is shown in the analysis. A method to calculate working volume is also described in detail. The calculation result indicates a periodic variation of working volume when gear ratio is 6∶7 and the period is (7/3)pi. Compared with rolling piston compressor, their volume utilization ratios are nearly equal. This could provide a foundation for further research on the new rotary compressors.
