微机控制的绝缘栅双极晶体管逆变二氧化碳焊机

摘要 阐述了一种额定电流为 4 0 0A、引入了微机控制的新型逆变二氧化碳焊机的研制实施方案 .在对逆变理论和微机控制技术进行研究的基础上 ,采用绝缘栅双极晶体管 (IGBT)作为功率开关器件 ,主电路选择双全桥结构以满足大功率输出的需要 ,并对送丝系统进行了改造 ,以适应微控系统的要求 .控制系统以 80 31单片机为核心 ,应用脉宽调制方式 ,经系统扩展和系统配置构成 ,成功地实现了平特性配合等速送丝 .应用微机控制 ,简化了系统硬件 ,提高了系统的控制性能 ,而且软件设计灵活 ,容易扩展功能 .试验结果表明 ,所研制的焊机工艺性能良好 ,在最佳焊接规范条件下飞溅率基本控制在 3%以下 。 A method of developing a new carbon dioxide inverting welding machine with 400 A rated current controlled by 8031 single chip microcomputer is described. Based on the inverting theory and microcomputer control technology, double full bridge inverting structure has been selected in the main circuit for great power output by using insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) as the power switch. The wire feed unit has been improved to meet the requirements of the microcomputer system. Extended and configured from the 8031 single chip microcomputer, the system has successfully realized the constant voltage output and constant wire feed speed functions. Hence,the hardware is simplified, the control properties are impoved, and the functions of the machine are easy to be expanded for flexible software controlling. The experimental results show that the machine has good process properties. The spatter ratio is basically limited to less than 3%, thus the welding quality is greatly improved.
