加权多级模糊综合评判在海南省建港条件评价中的应用

摘要 本文采用加权多级模糊综合评判的方法,综合自然条件、经济条件和技术条件几方面对海南省11个港址进行了评价。结果显示,三亚、洋埔、海口是最优良的港址;次一级的港口为东水和新盈;在岛的东部和西部,缺乏优良的港址。 From a weighted multi-step fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the natural, economic and technical conditions of the eleven harbours in Hainan Province are evaluated. The results show that Sanya, Yangpu, Haikou harbours located on the south and north coast of the island are the best. Next to them are Dongshui and Xinying. There are short of good harbour sites on the east and west coast of the island.
