摘要
水旱灾害是湛江市主要的自然灾害,研究和治理水旱灾害在整个国民经济中至关重要。本文介绍了湛江市的自然地理条件,分析其水旱灾害的规律性,形成水旱灾害的主要因素和受灾情况,提出了综合治理水旱灾害的一些建议。
Flood and drought are major natural calamities in Zhanjiang Municipality. In this paper, the natural conditions of Zhanjiang, the law of the flood and drought damages and their forming factors, and the situation of disasters in the municipality are analysed. Some ideas for tackling the flood and drought in a comperhensive way are advanced.
