摘要 20世纪90年代,中国改革发展的历史列车驶进了中华民族复兴的快车道。中国科学院学部的工作也开始步入规范化、制度化的全新阶段。1991年11月,中国科学院增补了210位杰出科学家为院士。在新当选的院士中。
