简要分析了可靠性与产品质量的关系 ,阐述了入世以后进一步开展可靠性研究的重要性和必要性 ,介绍了自动化与仪器仪表产业可靠性研究的现状和存在的问题 ,探讨性地提出了面对新形势自动化与仪器仪表产业可靠性研究的重点和发展方向。

Analyzing the bearing of reliability on the product quality in brief,this paper has described the importance and necessity of making further stude of reliability after joining in the WTO.Existing state and problem of reliability study for automation and instrumentation are presented,and the focal points and the trend of reliability study in the new situation are also given.
