COMPREHENSIVE COMPARISON BETWEEN NUCLEAR POWER SYSTEM AND FOSSIL-FIRED POWER SYSTEM BY PORT SIDE AN INITIAL INQUIRY ON URGENT NEED AND THE FEASIBILITY OF GRADUALLY CARRING OUT THE SUBSTITUTION OF NUCLEAR FOR COAL IN FUJIAN PROVINCE

本文从福建的资源与地理位置的特点出发,分析了港口火电存在的问题,并用系统分析的方法综合比较核电系统和港口火电系统的基本投资和经济效益,阐明在2000年前建成一座核电站,实现“以核代煤”的迫切性和可能性,并从福建的现实条件出发,对核电起步的时机作了探讨。

Based on Fujian features of energy resources and geographical area, the paper analyses basic problems on the port side fossil-fired power station.Investment in capital construction and economic benefits of both nuclear power system and port side fossil-fired power system have been compared comprehensively by the method of systematic analysis. It expounds that to have completed a nuclear power station is pressing anb feasible by the year 2000' in order to carry out the substitution of nuclcar for coal, and according to Fujian real conditions, a time schedule placed to biuld a nuclear power station is discussed.
