Preparation and dielectric characteristics of BaTi_4O_9 fiber ceramics

首次制备了BaTi4O9纤维陶瓷新材料。利用XRD分析烧结前后试样的相组分变化并在SEM和TEM下观察分析试样的微观结构。初步研究了材料的介电性能。

BaTi 4O 9 fiber ceramics new material was prepared for the first time in this paper. The microstructure and phase change were characterized by SEM,TEM and XRD. The dielectric characteristics of this material was studied.
