摘要
通过在硬脂酸铁、硬脂酸熔融液中添加氢氧化钠 ,经热解后可得高热稳定性的γ Fe2 O3。采用IR、XRD、TEM等手段对原粉及样品进行了表征 ,结果表明热解生成的Na2 CO3对Fe2 O3的晶型有稳定作用 ,对晶粒大小具有调控作用 ,对其机理进行了初步探讨。
Ultrafine γ-Fe2O3 powders with high thermal stability were prepared via pyrolysis of the mixture of Fe(NO3)3·9H2O, NaOH and stearic acid. The samples were characterized by IR, XRD and TEM. The experiment results showed that Na2CO3 formed during pyrolysis had an effect on stabilizing the crystalline structure and controlling the grain size. The mechanism has also been studied.
