摘要
论述用电涡流方法检测输电导线外层铝线 ,及用漏磁方法检测输电导线钢芯的原理与方法 ,得到了用电涡流方法检测外部铝股线的最佳激励频率。实验表明综合运用电涡流方法和漏磁方法检测输电线是可行的。
A transducer system is introduced in this paper. The system uses eddy current method to detect the outer aluminum wires of the transmission line, and uses Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) method to detect the steel core of the transmission line. The optimal frequency has been found for using eddy current method to inspect the aluminum wires of the transmission lines. The experiments indicate it is feasible to comprehensively use the eddy current and MFL methods to detect the transmission lines.
