摘要
为满足某气象卫星用扫描辐射计轴承的要求 ,研制开发出一种固体润滑轴承。采用沟道工作表面溅射MoS2 ,钢球离子镀TiN及自润滑保持架技术 ,进行轴承优化设计。该轴承成功地通过了主机高真空全态模拟试验 ,并已随卫星在轨道运转。附图 2幅 ,表
In order to meet the demand of bearings used in scanning radiant meter of certain weather satellite, one kind of solid-lubricated bearing has been developed. By adopting techniques such as scattering the MoS 2 on the working surface of the raceways, ion plating TiN on the surface of the steel balls and self-lubricating cage, the optimal design of the bearing has been made. The bearing has successfully passed simulating test of host machine in high vacuum and has been operated in a satellite on the orbit.
