摘要
本文介绍了一种用于大型土木工程结构的投影式光学挠度测量系统。该系统由激光器、光接收器件及其外围信号采集处理电路组成。光接收部分采用特殊的光电接收器件取代传统的CCD或PSD,使测量范围得到扩大;外围电路部分采用现场可编程逻辑阵列FPGA器件作为核心。通过这种设计,系统的量程和可扩展性得到改善,实现了通道复用。实验室证明,系统的测量范围可以达到210mm,分辨率达到0.005,可完成结构的静态及动态挠度测量。
In this paper, a novel system is developed for the measurement of deflection of large structures. This laser deflection meter system is composed of laser source, opto-receiver and its hardware circuit. The optoeleetric receiver has a special assembled opto-receiver substitute the commonly used opto-receiver such as CCD or PSD, and enlarges the measuring range of deflection. A simple digital interrogation circuit was adopted to process the output of receiver. The heart of the circuit is a field programmable gate array (FPGA) with mathematical and logic operations integrated in a single chip. This made the system extensive and flexible for measurement. An accuracy of 0.005mm with a measuring range of 210mm was demonstrated in laboratory. The system can be used to test in static and dynamic conditions.
