基于信息中介单元的敏捷制造系统初探

企业间寻求对市场的快速反应和优势互补，以及全球网络化的推进，促成了网络化敏捷制造系统的发展。分析了目前制造行业利用网络情况，进而提出了一种以信息中介单元为核心的网络化敏捷制造系统的实现框架构想，并分析了其管理系统。最后指出了敏捷制造系统实施中应注意的问题，对敏捷制造具有指导意义。

Booming of worldwide network and searching for the quick response to the market changes,all these propel the development of the network－ based agile manufacturing.The current situation of utilizing the network in the manufacturing field is analyzed in this paper.A framework of network－ based agile manufacturing with information－ media－ cell as its core is proposed and its management system analyzed. Finally,some points for attention in agile manufacturing system are put forward.
