海水钝顶螺旋藻藻胆蛋白的初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 对海水钝顶螺旋藻Spirulina platensis Geitler藻胆蛋白进行分离、纯化及光谱测定,其种类和吸收光谱与淡水钝顶螺旋藻相似。光强和氮源是影响藻胆蛋白的重要因子,低光强可诱导海水钝顶螺旋藻藻胆蛋白含量大幅度(19.7%)增加;氮源不足或缺乏可导致藻胆蛋白大量降解,随后补充氮源则可使藻胆蛋白含量得到恢复,因而证明藻胆蛋白在海水钝顶螺旋藻中亦可起“氮库(nitrogen pool)”的作用。海南三亚室外生产的海水钝顶螺旋藻干品的藻胆蛋白含量随季节呈现周期性变化,光强可能是主要的影响因子。 Two types of biliprotein--C-phycocyania and allophycocyanin were isolated and purified from blue-green alga Spirtilina platensis (strain SCS) cultured in sea water. The types and absorption spectra of the bilipro-teins were similar to that reported on S. platensis cultured in fresh water. The effects of light intensity and nitrogen source on the biliprotein content in S. platensis cultured in sea water have been studied. Low light intensity induced an increase in biliprotein content. The biliprotein content was decreased to a great extent caused by nitrogen starvation and was recovered by addition of nitrogen source. These results showed that biliproteins can also serve as a 'Nitrogen Pool' in S. platensis cultured in sea water.The seasonal variation of biliprotein content in the dry-product of S. platensis cultivated in sea water at Sanya area of Hainan Island was investigated. The biliprotein content of S. platen-sis cultivated in winter was higher than that in summer. Light intensity might be the major factor to affect the content of biliproteins in S. platensis during outdoor cultivation. The above studies have laid a foundation for the utilization and further research on biliprotein.
