摘要
应用60Coγ射线辐照香菇(Lentinus edodes)木屑培养料(常规配方),进行辐射降解的研究表明:在1.0—1.8Mrad剂量范围内,能促使培养料中某些纤维素降解成可溶性糖,从而促使香菇菌丝生长,提高鲜香菇产量。经回归分析和相关性测定得出,可溶性糖百分含量和菌丝日平均增长值间直线回归方程为Y=3.12十1.30X,相关系数r=0.9546;可溶性糖和鲜菇产量间直线回归方程为Y=31.95十86.69X,相关系数r=0.9935;菌丝生长和鲜菇产量间直线回归方程为Y=-145.34十60.92X,相关系数r=0.9531。
60Co γ-rays at the doses of 1.0-1.8 Mrad were used to irradiate sawdust material for sterilization, It was found that 60Co γ-rays could promote the breakdown of cellulose into soluble sugar, and thus promoted the growth of hyphae and increased the yield of L.edode. Determination of regressive analysis and correlation coefficients indicated that there was a high positive correlation between soluble sugar and the growth of hyphae(r = 0.9546**) , which can be expressed as Y=3.12+1.30X; A high positive correlation between soluble sugar and the yield of L.edode(r= 0.9935**)can be expressed as Y=31.95 + 86.69X; and a high positive correlation between the hyphae growing rate and the yield of L.edode(r=0.9531**) can be expressed as Y=-145.34 + 60.92X.
