摘要
在师范院校的教育实习中 ,焦虑和挫折是实习生容易产生的心理障碍。它影响实习生心理的健康发展。抵御和消除焦虑、挫折心理的产生及其影响 ,关键在于实习生的主观努力 ,进行科学有效的自我调适。
In the teaching practice of the teachers' college and universities,anxiety and setback are the common psychological problems seen in the teaching practice students,whose psychological development is affected.The key to eliminating their anxiety and setback lies in that teaching practice students should exert their own efforts and self-adjust scientifically and effectively.
