摘要
因特网 (INTERNET)席卷全球 ,正在深刻地影响和改变着人们的思想、行为、生活方式等 ;同时 ,也必将对政治生活产生深远影响。虽然这种影响还是潜在的 ,但趋势是明显的。我们以民主、民族国家、行政权等传统政治理念为切入点 ,探讨网络对政治的影响。
Internet has spread all over the globe and affected people's thoughts,behavior and ways of life.Meanwhile,it will have deeply influenced the political life. Though such impact is potentially possible,yet the tendency is obvious.We should start from the traditional ideas such as democracy, national country and administrative rights,and discuss the Internet's influence over politices.
