摘要
小学教师学历高等教育化已成大势所趋。在我国高等师范教育体系中 ,小学教育专业尚处在“边实践、边研究、边建设”的阶段。了解小学教育专业研究的历史背景 ,明确其专业定位、培养目标、课程设置、师资队伍建设等问题 ,是完善我国小学教育专业建设的关键。
It is a tendency that primary school teachers are to accept higher education. In the higher pedagogical system of China, the discipline of primary school education is at a stage in which it is being practiced, being studied and being developed. To know the historical background, specialty orientation, education aim, course plan, teacher-training of the primary school education study is the key to perfecting the construction of primary school education.
